The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, which was enacted on December 22, 2017 and generally became effective on January 1, 2018, is one of the most significant tax legislations ever enacted in the U.S. history. The Act will affect all taxpayers, including individuals and businesses. While it has the potential to create a great deal of opportunity for you and your business, it also brings a level of uncertainty.
